Passion 2018 (the Anthem, Washington D.C.
Philip's Arena, and Infinite Energy, Atlanta, Georgia)
Both Hannah and I will be posting a lot I am sure about our experience at Passion 2018 in Washington D.C.., but first I have to say, though, that it was truly AMAZING. I mean what a way to start off the New Year of 2018. Praising God with Crowder, the Passion teams, Matt Redman, and and many others, listening to multiple speakers such as Pastor Levi Lusko, John Piper, Christine Caine, Priscilla Shirer, Pastor Louie Giglio, Sadie Robertson, and Tim Tebow! All had amazing testimonies to give, messages to share, expressing how to be involved for the glory of Christ, and a fire for sharing Christ with rising generations of young adults.  One specific thing that rang out through our three-day experience at Passion for me was that: we all face challenges, but how are we going to face the world and the devil? By putting on the weapons of the world? (hint: only ends in defeat and death) or the armor of God? (that is from another world that we were made to be apart of with our Creator). We need to fight the devil using other worldly techniques (Ex. prayer) and protect our faith, heart, mind, and soul with God's own armor He gives us because the devil is only going to make us doubt who God made us to be, only tempt us to follow his lead and forget who God has called us to be, only deceive us into thinking we aren't good enough or cannot do it, and lie to us saying we are not worthy of such a calling but God says we are. We ARE worth it and God showed that by sending His only begotten Son down to earth, to vanquish death and all things, but until Christ returns we must carry our crosses as well but are we willing?
Are we willing to leave shame behind--look to the cross--forgive, let the past go--store up treasure in heaven--let go of the chains and shackles holding us back from seeing Christ work in our life--look again to see where God has placed us--cling to God's saving grace and redemption-- to carry our crosses and proclaim Christ wherever He takes us-- are we willing to be blazing arrows for the Lord in un-reached places, our homes, amongst our friends and family, on the streets, in our churches, in the work place, on our college campuses, our high schools, the grocery store, ANYWHERE, ANYTIME?
A few pep points as you continue into this new year of 2018:
+ As we continue to look forward as to where God is leading each of us let us remember that the Lord will go before us (Isaiah 52:12).
+ God has armed us with protection and strength from the evil powers of another realm. (2 Samuel 22:40 & Ephesian 6:10-18).
+ Continue to seek the Lord in His wisdom and direction (1 Chronicles 16:11).

As always thank you for all our readers, friends, and family out there reading these and supporting both Hannah and I. I prat each of you would be blessed this year and continue seeking the Lord in all your ways. No matter where you are the Lord wants you forever. He will protect, guide, build you up, and prepare you for battle-- are you willing? Christ was willing to die for us and He did it. Sometimes you just have to say yes and just do it. Love you guys and hope you enjoyed :)

Also: check out passion 2019 as it will be taking place next year. A great opportunity to start the new year off right with God and so many willing souls in our generation that want to be a blazing arrow, being led by the grace and will of God.
